The main focus of the centre is to establish a rural one stop multi-disciplinary Health Care; Learning Resource and Research Centre that will create sustainable strategies for the improvement of livelihoods of the people of Tsengiwe and close by villages (especially those villages falling in Ward 6).

The centre will focus on improvement of livelihoods using various strategies including but not limited to skill development, food security, economic growth, promoting research and good health and encouraging and promoting poverty alleviation best practices.
The objective of the organization shall be to:
- To establish a one stop-multi-disciplinary health, research, training and developmental centre.
- To create IKS data base, based on diverse IK systems and Modern systems used by this village.
- To identify cultural patterns used in treatment of illnesses or diseases by the THPs and villagers.
- To design and implement intervention programs that will promote good health to community members especially those that is HIV/AIDS relevant.
- To provide one stop crises and counselling centre for Tsengiwe and neighbouring communities.
- To offer shelter for victims of violence including HIV/AIDS persons who may need such services.
- To train volunteers and community health workers.
- To identify marketing and economy growth strategies to alleviate poverty.
- To design various self help programmes to improve the community’s economic status and that of HIV/AIDS affected and infected persons.
- To conduct campaigns that involves governmental departments and health departments including higher education institutes.
- To offer counselling and support services to victims of HIV/AIDS and violence.
- To conduct Home-Based Nursing Care to affected and infected HIV/AIDS persons including Orphans of HIV/AIDS.
- To form various support groups including that of HIV/AIDS volunteers, youth, parents and violent victims.
- To form strong networks with NGO’S in our district, region, province, nationally and internationally and those that deal with HIV/AIDS and violence.
- To forge strong linkages and partnerships with industrial business groups, private sector, institutions of higher learning and individual companies to create possible strategies that could increase economic growth in the village as well as creating employment opportunities as means of alleviating poverty.
